# Magnetic Validation Report Template

Use this template to scope magnetic validation for axial flux motor cores, SMC stators, segmented teeth, or test coupons.

This file is a report skeleton. It is not certified data and should not be published as supplier proof until real testing is completed.

## 1. Test Identification

- Buyer:
- Project:
- Part name:
- Sample ID:
- Material grade:
- Material lot:

## 5. Results

| Test Point | Frequency | Flux Density | Temperature | Result | Unit | Status |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | | | | | | pass / review |
| 2 | | | | | | pass / review |
| 3 | | | | | | pass / review |

## 6. Interpretation

- Result compared with buyer target:
- Geometry effects:
- Density or process effects:
- Temperature effects:
- Repeat test needed:
- Recommended next gate:

## 7. Release Boundary

Magnetic data should be tied to sample geometry, material lot, density, test equipment, frequency, flux density, temperature, and drawing revision. Do not generalize this result to another material route or geometry without review.

## Example Acceptance Language

Magnetic results should be accepted only when frequency, flux density, temperature, sample geometry, and fixture assumptions match the agreed validation scope or are clearly marked as deviations.
